Allthough I have heard some bad feedback about Western Digital from close peers, so far the hard drive has been working fine. Allthough it has a compatablity issue with some Macs (making it take longer to show), on PC's it has allowed me to free up sapce on my computer while also allowing me to take huge folders that contain video projects for example.
