Having decided I needed more memory on my laptop to save videos, I looked around and decided to order this product. It arrived really quickly and ... I was scared of it - it didnt have any instructions beyond a diagram on how to connect all the parts and it had a huge mind-blowing amount of memory. So it sat for 2 weeks and eventuall a pc literate colleague who couldn't understand my reluctance said it would be easy - so annoyed with myself - I connected it all up. It was really, really easy to use, I now have my I-tunes backed up, all my photos and the videos I have so far put on to the computer.
