This device offers a massive amount of storage at a very low price. It comes simply packaged and is a good example of how easy plug and play can be, being instantly recognised by my Windows XP operating system and fully functional within seconds of connecting it up. On accessing the drive I found that it had been formatted as FAT32 but, again, it only took a few minutes to convert this to NTFS.
I have now been using this device for several weeks and have had absolutely no problems with it. Obviously, being connected via USB does mean that data transfer rates are not the fastest but, for general use, I have found the speed to be more than adequate.
