It looks great. But transferring files is very problematic. I have had lots of trouble transferring big files (more than 4 GB). I have wasted a lot of time with something that was supposed to simplify my life. I am using a new Dell computer and Windows XP. I have looked for solutions online, but they are technical and obscure; and they not always work.
